Production
Marble Source’s state-of-the art fabrication facility is the most advanced stone shop in the country. From the in-house inventory, which allows you to review slabs in comfort, to our 5-ton over-head crane to move large pieces safely, our flow-through production process ensures your job will be completed quickly and accurately.
The “bridge saw” is where your project begins to take shape. A layout is done to match the individual pieces to the slabs of stone, which are then cut on one of the most advanced saws in the industry. The laser-cutting guide and digitally indexed measurements ensure precision.
It is the edging technology that places Marble Source above other fabricators. No other part of the production process has a greater impact on the final fit and appearance of the completed project. Our Italian made dual axis edging machines are fully automated, and ensure consistent, beautiful edges, with the same brilliant polish as the surface of the tops.
